By accessing or using the website motmfashion.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

Mannequin On The Move provides bespoke garment design, stitching, and styling services including bridal lehengas, party wear, festive outfits, and custom orders. All services are delivered from our atelier in Sector 30-A, Chandigarh, India.

The Site serves as an information and enquiry platform. Bookings made through the website are consultation requests — they are not confirmed orders until explicitly confirmed by our team via phone or email.

• All bookings submitted through the website are requests for a consultation, not guaranteed appointments.
• Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your slot.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking based on availability.
• Initial consultations are complimentary. Charges for design and stitching services will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.

• A deposit (typically 50% of the agreed order value) is required to confirm a custom order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or final fitting.
• Deposits are non-refundable once fabric or embroidery work has commenced.
• Prices quoted are inclusive of standard stitching and design. Additional embellishments, imported fabrics, or rush orders may attract extra charges, which will be agreed in writing before work begins.
• All payments are made in person at our atelier. We currently do not accept online payments through this website.

• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Standard orders take 3–6 weeks; bridal lehengas may take 6–12 weeks depending on complexity.
• We strive to meet all agreed delivery dates, but unforeseen circumstances (fabric delays, embroidery backlogs) may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
• We are not liable for losses arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

• One complimentary alteration fitting is included with every bespoke order, provided within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-made garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of collection. We will rectify manufacturing defects at no additional cost.

All content on this Site — including designs, photographs, logos, and text — is owned by Mannequin On The Move and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
• Disrupt the normal operation of the Site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mannequin On The Move shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
